This bundle is best known as the Max Air Flow Bundle for the 2006-2007 LBZ Duramax-equipped Chevrolet and GMC trucks. Its a comprehensive kit designed to replace key factory components that limit performance, and it makes a big difference right out of the box.

What Is the Max Air Flow Bundle for the LBZ Duramax?

The Max Air Flow Bundle is a curated package of HSP Diesels most effective performance upgrades for the LBZ platform. By replacing stock chokepoints, this bundle boosts airflow and performance while also offering cost savings by bundling the components together.

Hot Side Intercooler Pipe

The factory pipe is prone to failure and flow limitations. HSPs upgraded hot side pipe features a 3" mandrel-bent tube to improve airflow by up to 40%, reduce turbulence, and enhance durability.

Max Flow Bridge & Cold Side Tube

Our CNC-machined, two-piece Max Flow Bridge prevents boost leaks and simplifies installation. It's paired with a 3" mandrel-bent cold side tube for optimal charge air flow and engine responsiveness.

Max Flow Intake Mouthpiece

This hand-assembled intake mouthpiece features precision bends and an O-ring seal to prevent leaks. It supports rerouting the PCV system and eliminates the factory resonator (PCV re-route sold separately, see 003-1-HSP).

Cold Air Intake

Built around a 4.5" mandrel-bent intake tube and heatshield box, this intake delivers cooler, denser air. Dyno-tested results show gains of up to 20 horsepower. Lower IATs translate to better overall power and efficiency.

Passenger Side Up-Pipe

Constructed from heavy wall 304 stainless steel with a sleeved bellow design, this up-pipe dramatically improves flow and durability over the stock component.
