The 202-HSP, also known as the HSP Cold Air Intake for the 2004.5-2005 LLY Duramax-equipped Chevrolet and GMC trucks, is one of the first upgrades many owners install. HSP Diesel engineered this intake to outperform the factory system in both form and function.

What Makes the HSP Cold Air Intake Different?

This system features 4.5" mandrel-bent tubing, offering a significantly larger and smoother internal diameter than stock. The sweeping bend design minimizes turbulence and maximizes airflow to the turbocharger. It includes a premium air filter and a durable all-metal heatshield box that draws cold air from the headlight bezel and fender port. Dyno results show average gains of 20 horsepower and 58 lb-ft of torque all while improving aesthetics.
