Stainless Diesel's 2nd Gen style turbo piping kit for Dodge Diesel trucks.

The stainless Diesel 2nd Gen style turbo piping kit for 3rd gen Dodge Diesel trucks are built with HIGH STRENGTH CND'd flanges & aluminized mild steel piping. Unlike some competitors who use rubber hose & plastic pipes - our kits are strong enough for high boost anytime for many years! This piping kit puts your single turbo in twin position. We find that inverting the manifold (facing upward), helps your turbo spool faster & more efficiently.

Borg Warner Airwerks S400SX3-67.7, S467 FMW (Forged Milled Wheel), with 1.10 Twin Scroll Turbine Housing.

• Compressor: FMW 67.7 mm inducer, 91mm exducer, with exclusive Extended Tip Technology.
• Turbine: 83.5 inducers, 74mm exducer. Cast in Inconel 713 for high-temperature operation.

Housings:

• Compressor: Race Cover .67 A/R size, with 5.50" inlet, and 3.00" hose discharge standard.
• Standard Size Turbine: T4 1.10 A/R, with 'divided' volute, featuring 'T4-style' turbine inlet flange (3.25" x 2.75"), and quick-release v-band discharge flange. Cast in ductile iron.
• Standard Exhaust Housing: T4 1.10 A/R  (recommended size for max power capability)
  
• Optional Exhaust Housings: T4 .90 A/R (recommended only up to 550-600 HP max) 
• Optional Exhaust Housings: T4 1.00 A/R (most recommended size for daily driving /hot street truck up to 750 HP)
