These are an upgrade for close to stock trucks that have minimal supporting mods. The nozzles are SAC type and match the original Early 5.9 spray pattern (7 hole, 143°) with a higher flow to easily deliver an additional 50+HP. All components are built and tested on specialized equipment designed and built in-house at Exergy. Every 50HP injector is tested at multiple calibration points, and held to tolerances that are tighter than factory. There are no shortcuts.

When switching from the factory VCO nozzle to a SAC type nozzle it is highly recommended to increase rail pressure to maintain optimum fuel atomization to provide a clean idle.

Core Return: Exergy requires that all cores be returned within 30 days from original purchase of product. If you fail to return the core(s) within 30 days, you will be charged in full for the core(s) ($150 per injector). Cores that have missing and/or damaged component(s) will not receive credit. To avoid this, please package your cores well.
