With better materials, improved fitment, and a more durable construction, this upgrade eliminates a major weak point in the factory system.

Why Upgrade the L5P Cold Side Tube?

The factory cold side tube on the L5P is made of plastic and features a two-piece design. This setup is prone to failure often without any warning. Replacing this vulnerable component is a smart move for any L5P owner, whether your truck is stock or modified.

What Makes the HSP Cold Side Tube Better?

Unlike the factory version, the HSP Cold Side Tube is constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum, offering superior durability and flow. It includes a metal adapter and high-strength silicone boots, eliminating multiple factory failure points. This kit retains all factory mounting points and requires no tuning, making installation simple and stress-free.

With multiple powder coat color options, it also gives your engine bay a custom, clean appearance while improving reliability and performance.

What's Included:

1x L5P Cold Side (HSP-IN-867)

4x 3" T-Bolt Clamp (RFB-422-RFAB )

1x 3"x4" Straight Boot(RFB-430-RFAB)

1x 3"x6" Straight Ribbed Boot (RFB-434-RFAB)

1x L5P Cold Side Adapter (RFB-867-1-RFAB)

Fitment:

L5P: 2017-2019 (VIN Code Y)

Note: Although VIN Code Y applies to L5P engines from 2017-2023, this part fits only the 2017-2019 model years due to subtle engine bay differences.
